Hero Traits

• Servile: While in melee, bodyguard gains strikes first while in melee range of bearer. Also 5+ ward if infantry and bodyguard is in melee range
  
• Automaton Bodyguard
  
• You Worms!: Enemy charge phase, pick an infantry unit not in melee & within 12” too shoot an enemy unit that charged.  Need unmodified 6’s to hit
  
• Weakness: Your hero phase, a visible enemy within 18” are +1 to be wounded in melee
  
• Weakness: +1 to be wounded in melee
  

Artefacts

• Scroll Available: Any hero phase, a friendly unit within 12” gains a 2+ ward, cannot use non-passive abilities or be picked as a target for friendly abilities. Enemies may ignore the unit for move, charge or setting up.
  
• Petrified: 2+ ward, cannot use non-passive abilities or be picked as a target for friendly abilities. Enemies may ignore the unit for move, charge or setting up.
  
• Crucible Available: Your hero phase, give up to 3 daemonic points; it can never gain more during the game
  
• Crucible Used: Cannot gain DPP
  
• Gauntlets: Your shooting phase, pick a visible enemy within 12” & roll a D3, on 2+ = that many mortals
