Returns & Refunds

Thanks for purchasing our products at Pro Painted Studios.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel. The order must then be returned in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way; within another 14 days.

You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the above timescales, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We will repair or replace any faulty item if it is returned within 6 months.

Refunds will not be offered in these circumstances:

• knew an item was faulty when it was purchased
• Damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it
• No longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour); unless the item was bought without seeing it

Refunds are only offered on customised items if they are found to be faulty.
